Coach is a high-end fashion brand that originated in Manhattan, New York. The brand was started as a family-run leather workshop who are specialized in making wallets and billfolds by hand. In 1950, the husband and wife, Miles and Lillian Cahn took over the company. At the suggestion of Lillian, Coach began introducing a line of leather handbags.
